1. What is RATEC Digitals?
RATEC Digitals is an online platform that provides digital products only, including PLR packages, Canva templates, ebooks, tutorials, and digital bundles for personal and commercial use, subject to license terms.
2. Do you sell physical products?
No. All products available on RATEC Digitals are intangible digital products. No physical items are shipped.
3. How do I access my purchased product?
Upon successful payment, access details will be provided via:
- An instant download link, or
- A Google Drive access link
Delivery is considered complete once the download or access link is provided.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to:
- PayPal
- Credit/Debit Cards
- WooPay
- Stripe
- AliPay
RATEC Digitals does not store payment details.
5. Are refunds available?
No. In accordance with our Refund Policy, all sales are final.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been granted.
6. What is PLR, and what am I allowed to do with it?
PLR (Private Label Rights) products may allow you to:

- Edit or rebrand content
- Resell, only if explicitly permitted
Usage rights vary per product and are governed by the license included with each product. Misuse or redistribution outside the license is prohibited.
7. Can I share or redistribute the files?
No. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or give away any files unless the product license explicitly allows it.
Unauthorized distribution is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination and legal action.
8. What if I don’t receive my download or access link?
If you experience delivery issues:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Confirm the email address used during checkout
- Contact us through our Contact Us page
We will assist in verifying your purchase and restoring access where applicable.
9. What tools or software do I need?
Most products require:
- A Canva account (Free or Pro)
- A PDF reader or basic document editor

10. Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
